i bought a handmade alpaca scarf from a street market in miraflores, lima. these scarves are very popular in peru in general and easy to find in the main cities, e.g. lima, cusco, arequipa etc.
arequipeña beer is widespread across peru and presumably comes from arequipa, central southern peru. highly recommended.

llamas are found all over peru and the peruvians use their wool for clothes and general attire. pretty much all street markets sell something made from llama wool.

peruvian pisco is the base spirit in the popular pisco sours cocktail. this can be found all over peru, and is the stock spirit in most bars.
